Reviews and Ratings
Although the room was a bit dated and located in a noisy area by the pool, the overall property made up for it. The service was accommodating despite a slight delay in rolling out amenities. The location, with its beautiful gardens and wildlife, was exclusive to premium members and family-friendly. Dining options, though limited, included some delicious offerings. The hotel's facilities were well-kept, offering a pleasant stay overall.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! It’s a heavenly piece on earth with stunning surroundings, beautiful rooms, and impeccable service. The dining had its moments, but the facilities made up for it. Definitely a top-notch pick for a perfect getaway.
Our stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms, though not very modern, were spacious and perfect for families with connecting doors and balconies overlooking beautiful gardens. On the downside, they felt a bit dated. The service was exceptional, thanks to the amazing entertainment provided by the musicians, but the receptionists were a bit unwelcoming. The location in La Romana was well-maintained with stunning gardens, though the buffet options could have had more variety. Dining provided mixed choices that kept us satisfied, even though it could get crowded at times. The facilities were enjoyable overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, located in buildings #3 and #4, were spacious with lovely balconies, but the noise from the pool during the day was a challenge as my youngest one is a light sleeper. The service was remarkable with attentive staff always ready to assist, though there were some issues with missing items from my luggage. The location was a true paradise with beautiful gardens and well-kept surroundings, despite some downsides like being approached for timeshare offers. The dining was average, with dishes looking better than they tasted. Despite these mixed impressions, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
